Akindele Agboola John studied both Quantity Surveying and Building Technology and has a Post Graduate Diploma in financial management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. 

He started practice with Oyeadesida and Partners a consultant Quantity Surveying firm where the principal partner is the first indigenous Quantity Surveyor in Nigeria and he executed several projects. 

He later joined Crust Resources Nigeria Limited as the chief Quantity Surveyor one of the leading Telecommunication infrastructural development companies and a major indigenous firm with Glo and Airtel. 

John joined Stockwatch Global Resources Limited Real estate development Company where he was the chief operating officer and from there moved to HFP Engineering Nigeria Limited where he was the Executive Project Monitoring Officer and Assistant Chief Quantity Surveyor, later joined Haven J & A Treasures Limited and finally left to start Blue Print Property Limited.
